HOW LONG WILL CUSTOMER SERVICE TAKE TO RESPOND?

Customer service typically responds within 1-2 business days.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Currently, we are only shipping to Canada and the USA.

MY TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Here are some common solutions:

  • Verify the shipping address of your order confirmation.
  • Look for any notices of attempted delivery.
  • See if someone else accepted the delivery, unless you have health or safety concerns about doing so.
  • Check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail. Some packages travel through multiple carriers.
  • Wait 48 hours. In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival.
  • Should none of the above resolve your issue, please contact us at orders@leuty.shop

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

Shipments using Canada Post only will ship to PO Boxes.

WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES IN?

The default currency is CAD, however the currency should automatically change according to the visitor's location.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At the moment, we do not ship internationally. We aim to ship internationally in late 2024.
